In between the raindrops and rainbows, that is! The rain has brought the green landscape back and juxtaposed to the deep blue ocean, it’s just stunning!

With the median house price increasing in a 12 month period from $680,037.50 to $767,000 and very low inventory, we expect 2016 to continue to be busy.

Market Report

Above is a link for our Bodega Bay Market Report for 12 months ending December 31, 2015. The median price rose month over month from $754,040 to $767,000 12 month rolling average. December saw 3 properties placed in escrow (2 in Bodega Harbour) priced from $719,000 to $1,035,000. 7 homes and 1 large ranch sold last month (4 in Bodega Harbour) priced from $525,000 to $3,800,000. The ranch is located on Estero Lane just south of Bodega Harbour and was purchased by the open space district of Sonoma County. Total listing inventory is 12 homes, total sales for 12 months is 63 homes of which 34 are in Bodega Harbour. 1 lot in Bodega Harbour went into escrow for $269,000 and one sold (approximately 10 acres) for $400,000 on Bodega Head.
