Market Report November 2017

Above is a link for our Bodega Bay Market Report for 12 months ending 30 November 2017.

The median price went up for Bodega Bay from $882,500 to $945,000 for a 12 month rolling average and up from $1,010,000 to $1,027,000 in Bodega Harbour. November saw 10 homes placed in escrow (5 in Bodega Harbour) list price from $399,000 to $1,695,000.  There were 7 closings in November, 5 in Bodega Harbour) from $1,188,000 to $1,950,000. Total listing inventory is at 16 homes (10 in Bodega Harbour), total sales for 12 months is 63 homes of which 38 were in Bodega Harbour, up from 57/36 respectively.

Fish Report

Tis Crab Season, yeah!  The New Sea Angler (875-3344) and the six-pack Miss Anita (875-3474) out of Bodega Bay.  They will take you on a trip to catch crab, rockfish and other fish.  Big swells put a dent in the lingcod and crab counts, but there were still roughly half limits of lings and sometimes full limits of crab taken, plus full limits of quality rockfish aboard New Sea Angler. Tomales Bay provided calmer water and decent crabbing on days when the sea was riled up. Some rainbow perch action was available, but not a wide-open bite.
