Water and Sewer

The town of Bodega Bay is served by a public utility district:

Bodega Bay Public Utilities
707-875-3332

The communities north of Bodega Bay, including Salmon Creek, Carmet, Sereno del Mar, Gleason Beach and West Beach (Cliff Avenue) are served by private water companies or individual wells. All are on septic systems. Water supplies in these communities are inadequate or just adequate for existing development. For this reason, it is extremely difficult to obtain approval for new construction in these areas.

Jenner and Salmon Creek are served by:

Sonoma County
707-565-3440

Sereno del Mar is served by:

Russian River Utilities
707-887-7735
