Dear clients and friends:
Welcome to September on the Sonoma Coast! Fall on the coast typically offers beautiful weather; this Labor Day Weekend is providing gentle 75 degree days, while some inland communities swelter in the heat. As you'll see from a few examples below, there's a lot of coastal activities to participate in this month. Regarding Real Estate: While it is still a seller's market, property condition and proper pricing are critical as the market has become a little more balanced. People are focusing on traveling after a 2-year hiatus. We seem to have shifted to a pre-pandemic normal marketing calendar. After a slower summer, we're already starting to feel the predictable uptick in real estate activity that typically occurs after Labor Day.
