Welcome to October on the Sonoma Coast!
Fall typically offers many beautiful, fog free days on the coast. The Bodega Bay real estate market continues to be hot! We've had the pleasure of representing a number of buyers purchasing homes in Bodega Harbour. We were able to get a pre-emptive offer (prior to the on-market date) accepted on a beautiful property on Pelican Loop with arguably one of the best views in the Harbour. It closed in 10 days for over $2.5 million. Also, we were able to avoid competition and get our buyers into an off-market home on Kittiwake for just under $1,750,000. And our buyers prevailed in a multiple offer situation on a nicely remodeled home on Heron for $1,520,000. Our most recent listing in North Bodega Harbour, on Sea Way, received 5 offers and closed for $1,825,000.
